Caroline Jenney is North Florida's most respected Personal Trainer.
She was most recently awarded "Overall Winner" in the 2009 ALL SOUTH Championship's Women's Body Building Open. Also in 2009 she came home with the "Master's First Place" trophy in THE GATEWAY CLASSIC Women's Body Building competition. She began competing in 2008 in The Dexter Jackson Classic competition in Jacksonville, FL.

As a Regional competitive body builder Caroline is currently a personal trainer at "Fitness By Franz" in Ponte Vedra, FL located in the Winn Dixie Shopping Center off of AIA South. She not only assists the team in supporting  strength and endurance, but improves their goal for overall health education. She has implemented a nutritional "clean eating" program that continues to improve the health of her clients daily fitness and training routines. Caroline's mission is to pursue training individual clients that are determined to make a life change while incorporating an overall balance of healthy mind, body, and spirit practices. She cherishes the responsibility of encouraging people who want to make a positive change in their lives ensuring them that with hard work and discipline anything is possible.

For the past five years, Caroline has been improving the lives of many dedicated Ponte Vedra residents. She is selective about the clients she accepts into her training program. She admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination, but leads by example with her techniques to make the challenge interesting by making workouts fun and a bit different each time.

Caroline holds a bachelors degree in International Relations from Pine Manor College in Boston, MA. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is recognized as a Personal Fitness Trainer. She is extremely proud of her role as wife and mother of 4 lively children incorporating fitness into their family lifestyle.
